About Me
My name is Shane, I worked for an owner builder company a few years ago as building support. I had never built my own house, but I did have experience remodeling homes and experience as a real estate appraiser, so I knew a little more than the average person about construction. I helped people who were building their own home, something which I had never done, neither did the owner of the company… I always thought that was pretty funny. We were mainly in the “confidence” business. We helped with some technical stuff, but for the most part, people just felt overwhelmed and needed someone to walk them through it.
